In this digital eBook Lithuanian tattooist Monika Boo presents the subjects which are closest to the heart of the New Traditional style. Horses, cats, a series of real and fantastic animals in the 54 illustrated plates in pdf format which make up this eBook which you can dip into for inspiration. Marvellous compositions where the faces of women who seem to have stepped out of the Middle Ages are adorned with plumed helmets and floral ornaments which act as frames to show off the classic colour of Neo Traditional. In other plates Black and Grey is the rule, as if to offer ideas for lines from which any tattooist can start in order to recreate that drawing in their own personal style.

Monika Bo Sketchbook is a gorgeous collection of sketches and colored drawings, perfect for reference and inspiration, especially for those interested in the neo-traditional style. It’s one of my favorite books, providing a deep dive into the artistic process. I 100% recommend it to anyone looking to explore or expand their knowledge in this art form.
